Great to have so many Christians together praising the Lord

Before attending “Christian Praise!” my wife and I have discussed separation. However in a time of prayer and counselling after the meeting we both repeated our wedding vows. Separation is no longer on our agenda.

My wife Pearl and I first came to “Christian Praise!” after attending our local church for only a few weeks. At that time we were not committed Christians but we came along not quite knowing what to expect!

We certainly didn’t know any of the hymns or worship songs – but the atmosphere was wonderful – so wonderful that we were filled with the Spirit of the Lord. We both felt as though the Lord was reaching out to us personally. An announcement was made for people to stand and raise their hand if they wanted to follow the Lord. We were amazed because both of us stood up at the same moment although we hadn’t said a word to each other.

Earlier this year we were both baptised at our local church and we continue to be so happy that we met Jesus at “Christian Praise!” and are now born again Christians.
